The residence is prepared to the owner's standards before each return. The home is cleaned and aired, climate set to preference, and systems confirmed in working order. Groceries, household essentials, and personal preferences are sourced and in place. Every detail is attended to before arrival so the home is ready to live in from the moment the owner returns.

A guided technology plan identifies the right equipment, sources and orders it, and coordinates installation through a vetted technician. The setup connects the senior to family through technology that is simple to use. Common items include voice assistants, simple video calling, and daily check-in tools.

A needs review identifies the scope, qualified candidates are sourced, and warm introductions are made to licensed and insured professionals across the trades involved. Every vendor is vetted before the introduction is made.

Coordination

When work is scheduled and the owner cannot be present, a member of the Care Team is on site to manage access, observe progress, and review the completed work against the agreed scope before the contractor leaves.

Home Setup

We prepare the home for arrival. Deliveries received and overseen, furniture placed, the home cleaned and stocked to the owner’s preferences. Systems confirmed in working order. The home is ready to live in when the owner arrives.
